Please join Katie from the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) to learn about public transit accessibility. We will discuss accessible public transportation, how to plan a trip, the RTA Fare Programs (Reduced Fare and Ride Free), as well as ADA Paratransit and the Taxi Access Program (TAP). For those interested in applying for a card, please bring an ID and proof of disability (if applicable). For those interested in applying for a Ride Free card, please complete the Benefit Access Program application through the Illinois Department on Aging prior to the event. There will be time after the presentation for questions and personal assistance with individual RTA applications.
