Please join Loyola University Chicago Community Health nursing students as they talk about the importance of stress reduction. How does stress affect the body and how can we reduce its impact? There will be a special focus on meditation, yoga, mindfulness, and deep breathing, and we'll discuss why it's critical to get in at least 30 minutes of exercise each day. There will be time for Q & A.
