If you’ve ever said, “I don’t understand the younger generation,” or “I don’t understand the older generation,”  you’re not alone. Differences in experience, values, and communication styles can create distance—but they can  also create opportunities for learning. Professor Jiacheng Li

Join us for this special presentation exploring intergenerational learning—the mutual  exchange of knowledge, skills, values, and experiences between younger and older  generations.

Presented by Jiacheng Li, Ph.D., professor at East China Normal University and director  of Shanghai Municipal Institute for Lifelong Education. Professor Li will explain how  intergenerational learning programs in regions of China facilitate meaningful dialogue,  promote lifelong learning, enhance understanding, strengthen family harmony, and  foster cultural heritage.
