Our coffee and conversations are in the Broadway Armory dining room and start at 9 a.m. Meet up with us there for lively exploration of each week’s topics.

Moderators will facilitate the discussion as the group explores interesting and sometimes controversial topics. Each week’s discussion is typically accompanied by some readings you’ll receive in advance via email.

The topics for February 3rd are

• Trump Phenomenon: Behind the Facade … (i)  who is really in charge?  … (ii)  is Trump a root cause or merely a symptom of the change in American political life … (iii) will Trump Phenomenon survive Trump?

• Trump and Greenland:  (1)  Will Denmark/NATO ultimately acquiesce to Trump?  (2) Should Congressional Democrats make resistance to Greenland acquisition a key campaign issue?  (3) How will history judge Trump?
